Q:  Why can’t I use ChatGPT or other AI tools?

A:
AI tools are useful to generate content, but they don’t impart language skills. To master the art of communication, you need to understand why something works and how to apply it that works for you.

AI can highlight surface-level issues, but only if you know what to look for, and it makes subtle mistakes more often than you think. Without knowledge and critical judgement, you can’t prompt better, proofread smarter, or improve intentionally.

We don’t replace AI. We train the mind behind the keyboard.

Teaching Philosophy

Q:  Why is coaching mandatory?

A:
Feedback is only as good as your ability to use it. Coaching closes the loop and maximizes learning. Our model ensures that you don’t just get edits, you get personalised teaching on what to improve and why.

Q:  Will you help me write my assignments?

A:
No, we do not offer content creation or ghostwriting services. We are here to strengthen your work and equip you with skills that last beyond any assignment. Academic integrity matters, and our goal is to build skills, not bypass them.

Q:  Is this only for individuals? What about group projects?

A:
Not at all. Many assignments are submitted as group work and we strongly encourage every contributing member to attend the coaching session. This ensures that everyone understands the rationale behind the feedback and no critical details get lost in translation.

Only group members directly involved in producing the work will be allowed to attend. Since feedback is tailored specifically for any given assignment, including non-contributors adds noise and dilutes the learning.

Q:  Do you help with presentations?

A:
Yes. We offer optional presentation coaching, but only for students who’ve done report vetting with us. Why? Because we need to understand your content deeply to coach delivery well.

Q:  Can I come back for the same assignment or future assignments?

A:
Absolutely. In fact, repeat clients benefit from tracked progress, where we compare improvement areas across sessions.

Q:  What kind of assignment files are accepted for submission?

A:  Submit your assignment in editable Word document format. All submitted work must be complete, written in full, and reflect genuine effort. We do not accept outlines, point-form notes, placeholder drafts, or submissions where links are pasted in lieu of written content.

Additionally, submissions must stay within a reasonable word count range relative to the assignment's stipulated limit. For example, if a 3,000-word essay is submitted with 6,000 words (excluding annexes) and not refined, it will be rejected. Our goal is to elevate clarity and expression, not to salvage rushed or overloaded drafts. Every submission is reviewed before payment. If it does not meet basic standards, we’ll notify you.

Q:  When and how do I make payment?

A:
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Once your assignment is reviewed and accepted, we’ll provide payment instructions. All payments are made via PayNow or bank transfer.

Q:  What is the rescheduling and cancellation policy?

A:
We understand that life happens — you may reschedule once per booking, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations, no-shows, late changes and a second rescheduling will result in full forfeiture of payment. Any re-booking will be treated as a new session and must be paid in full. This policy protects limited slots and upholds a fair experience for all students.

Q:  What is the expected turnaround time?

A:
Turnaround depends on your word count and current demand.
Once your submission is reviewed and accepted, you’ll receive a confirmed return date and time. We don’t overpromise, we deliver on what we commit to.

Q:  How are coaching sessions conducted?

A:
All sessions are strictly virtual, unless otherwise agreed upon.
This ensures better flexibility and faster scheduling for everyone. In-person sessions may be arranged on rare occasions, but only if mutually convenient.
